Our recent holiday was amazing! We had daily access to a fantastic beach which offered a variety of activities, including water sports and tours to nearby clubs. The all-inclusive restaurant had great food with a range of options to choose from. Our room was well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and awe-inspiring views. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a spa, pool, and daily entertainment. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast had an abundance of choices, including pastries, eggs, and more. We will definitely return.

The air conditioning was not the best and left the room feeling slightly warm.

The location was fine for a resort hotel but the surrounding facilities were not enticing. It was winter so many shops were closed but I would not be inclined to use them even in the height of season.

This hotel is a paradise that fulfills all the luxurious needs. Rooms are fabulous and provide exclusive amenities. The service is outstanding, especially at the Spa & wellness center, where the staff gives the best massages, facial and beauty treatments. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools, along with the Sauna, Steam bath, and Turkish bath, create a relaxing and tranquil environment that soothes the senses. The venue offers various entertaining opportunities, including live music, karaoke and outdoor Aqua park activities. The Buffet offers menu options for exclusive diets.

Although the hotel is brilliant on all levels, here the recreational activities are limited, and during the night, it's pretty quiet.

All in all a good experience. Take a look at Kiris neighborhood, it's worth it.

We recently had a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The views were breathtaking, and the outdoor activities were endless. We particularly liked the fact that there were plenty of different types of food and drinks available throughout the day, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. Also, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

There were a few things we did not like about our stay. First, the location was not very convenient for exploring the area around the hotel. Second, some of the facilities were a bit outdated. Finally, the daily cleaning service was not very thorough. we enjoyed our stay, but we wished there were some improvements to make our experience even better.

1) You can forget about the traveler with the status of genius. You won't get a late check-out at this hotel. 2) Guest relation did not understand why they are not clear there. The questions are not solved at all. Why for 5 questions we have just negative answers?

I liked everything, I consider the hotel to be a cool five, where the combination of price and quality, surpassed my expectations and food, and the beach and the room and service, and the animation team, and the program, and all that. No notes. I had a great time off.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a nice sea view. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the spa and massage services. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the mini club personnel, bars staff and animation team. We enjoyed the variety of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location of the hotel was great, close to the main historical sightseeings, clubs, and on the seafront.

The food was very good and varied, the staff always friendly and the bed was very comfortable, we slept well. Even with a small problem I recieved help quickly and professionally at the reception.

The kettle with tea and coffee in the room would have been nice.

We spent a wonderful Easter holiday at this hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and several nearby attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the variety of food offered at each meal and the luxurious spa facilities.

Some aspects could be improved. The rooms were a bit small and lacked proper ventilation.

The food was good, and the place was amazing and alot of swimming pools and the aqua park was amazing !.
